Maida 200 gm Prepration Time-10 mts
Ajwain 1 tsp Cooking Time-20 mts

Chana Dal 1 cup
Onion 4 medium piece
Tomato 3 medium piece
Adrak 2 inch grated
Imli pulp 2 tsp
Green chillies 4 piece
Chat Masala and Garam Masala
1Take Maida, add salt, ajwain and 50 ml oil and crumbled it after this make a soft dough.
2Make small chapattis with this dough, make some holes with the help of fork and fry it till brown colour. Pakwan Ready.Onion 4 medium piece
1.Soak Dal for 2 hours.
2Add some Haldi and Namak, do pressure cook.
3Add some oil in pan, add jeera & hing and make a mixture of onion, tomato and ginger.
4Add imli water, also add all spices and mix it properly.
5Add Dal now and cook.
6Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Pakwan.
