Ingredients for Pakwan
Maida 200 gm Prepration Time-10 mts
Ajwain 1 tsp Cooking Time-20 mts
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Dal
Chana Dal 1 cup
Onion 4 medium piece
Tomato 3 medium piece
Adrak 2 inch grated
Imli pulp 2 tsp
Green chillies 4 piece
Chat Masala and Garam Masala
Instruction for Pakwan
1Take Maida, add salt, ajwain and 50 ml oil and crumbled it after this make a soft dough.
2Make small chapattis with this dough, make some holes with the help of fork and fry it till brown colour. Pakwan Ready.Onion 4 medium piece
Instruction for Dal
1. Soak Dal for 2 hours.
2. Add some Haldi and Namak, do pressure cook.
3. Add some oil in pan, add jeera & hing and make a mixture of onion, tomato and ginger.
4. Add imli water, also add all spices and mix it properly.
5. Add Dal now and cook.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Pakwan.
